1. Eligibility for Returns

 Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

 Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on custom or worn wigs.

2. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

 Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.

3. How to Initiate a Return
